How do I prepare an agreement in bulk?

I was recently offered the opportunity to sell my homemade biscuits through another website that sells Wedding Favors and gifts. I need to give them an agreement to sell wholesale and I do not know where to start. Any idea? Other policies that I should consider? Thank you!

Wedding Videography contract issue?
